Meet The Board

Board President: Charlotte Haston

A proud resident of Jacksboro since 1987, Charlotte Haston embodies the heart of service and community spirit that defines our town. After spending 16 years running a daycare from her home and serving 1½ years as Executive Director of the Jacksboro Chamber of Commerce, Charlotte stepped into her current role as Ministry Assistant at Live Oak Baptist Church.

Charlotte and her husband, Alton, have been married for 38 wonderful years and raised three sons and one daughter, all proud graduates of Jacksboro ISD. Today, she treasures her role as “Grammy” to 13 grandchildren and enjoys caring for their small farm.

Her dedication to the community extends well beyond the Chamber, with involvement in the Lions Club, Rolling Plains Management, STOMP, and the Jacksboro Pregnancy Resource Center. Charlotte takes great pride in calling Jacksboro home—and we’re grateful for the leadership, heart, and experience she brings to our Chamber.
